Strategic Plan

BNTAC’s Board leads a continual planning process - regular board meetings plus dedicated strategy sessions - to set priorities, assess risks and strengthen programs for Bigambul people. A comprehensive risk-mapping process sits alongside the plan so decisions consider opportunities, threats and long-term positioning. The Executive Director leads implementation with the Board’s oversight.
